Bids need not be fancy, just tell us about your team (where from, how long in existence, where you have played before, and how you fared, and anything else you think we should know). Payment info is on the Registration page, and we will have a PayPal option this year. Stay tuned for updates on the website. The tournament will be a fundraiser for the field site. In an effort to insure the future use of the fields for ultimate frisbee, and for youth athletic programs in the region, we have opted to use all overages for this tournament to help the capital campaign for the Essex Tree Farm Management Group, the organization responsible for the development of the facility for use as an athletic venue. Dinner will not be included in the price of the tournament, which is set at $300/team. The tournament will include Fruit and bagels at the fields, water at the fields, lined, irrigated, flat, level fields, a bonfire party with several kegs of vermont beer for players over 21. The party site is the same as the past two years, about 45 minutes north of the field site.
