I've estimated the cost of both the summer and fall and it looks like the cost will be about $150 per person to cover tournament fees and field costs. This doesn't include shirts or travel expenses. Most travel expenses should be relatively cheap, for instance last year a bunch of people rented a van to drive to Chicago. Please contact me (Matissa) if finances are an issue. You can definitely pay on an installment plan. In addition, I plan to offer a work-study program. I'll personally cover $25 of your fees if you're willing to be the prime coordinator for a tournament (coordinating accommodations, rides, attending the captains' meeting, keeping track of the schedule, etc). I'm also open to suggestions for fundraisers and/or sponsorship.
