Sugar Shack uses a Yahoo group called VTNHWomensUltimate to post information about all the open events it organizes such as open practices, ladies-only pickup, group workouts, open tryouts, clinics, etc.
This Yahoo group is also used for sharing information about any and all opportunities - not just the ones organized by Sugar Shack - for VT and NH women to play or learn how to play Ultimate, exercise and socialize.
