It is possible to register for one or for both sessions. Registration is done online through a secure server using PayPal. PayPal is the only payment method accepted due to past non-payment and burden on volunteers, but you need not have a PayPal account or use the PayPal account that you have. Registration for the 2009-2010 season (both sessions) will open on October 26, 2009 at noon and close on November 5, 2009 at 11:59 PM. The registration form will be activated then, and will be accessible through the website under Winter League/Registration. This is the registration period for BOTH sessions, so don't hold off signing up for the second session. The maximum capacity is 48 women and 96 men per session. Spots will be granted on a first paid basis. This registration form will remain up and active until the November 5th deadline even if maximum capacity is reached before. If maximum capacity is already reached by the time you register, you will be prompted that you are registering onto a waitlist, and you will not be asked to pay just yet. Waitlisted registrants will be contacted by the GMDA Board in order of registration time stamp if/when a spot opens. Please note that the way the registration system is currently set up, if you do not successfully go through the payment step, your registration is considered invalid. In other words, if you filled out the form but didn’t pay, you are NOT on the list of registrants. If that’s your case, you’ll need to sign up again from scratch. Dues for the 2009-2010 season will be $75 for one session or $130 for both. One price for all, including volunteers and students.

A draft system is used to keep teams balanced. The only pairing requests the GMDA Board accomodates are the ones absolutely essential so that players can have transportation to/from the Fieldhouse. Such rideshare requests can be placed using the online registration form.
