Starting 3/17 N1= Numbers pool first place, L3= Letters pool third place, etc.
These are power pools: 1st and 2nd from each pool join to make
a new pool, and 3rd and 4th from each pool join to make a new pool.
Quarter Finals - seeding will be 1-4 from upper power pool, and 5-8 from
lower power pool.
